• The Prize Draw is open to UK residents only aged 18 and over.
• Employees, their families, agencies or associates of Annabel Karmel, Chessington World of Adventures and any third parties involved in the preparation and/or performance of this Prize Draw are not eligible for entry.
• The Prize Draw closes at 12pm on 20^th September 2023.
• The winner will be contacted by 23^rd September
• The winner must confirm acceptance and supply their address within 5 days of receipt of the prize email. In the instance of the winner not responding within 5 days, they will be deselected and a new winner will be selected at random and contacted. The same time frame for acceptance applies.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Any personal details provided as part of the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with Karmel & Co Limited’s privacy policy.
• Annabel Karmel reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw (including altering prizes) if, at its sole discretion, a Prize Draw cannot be conducted as specified.
• Annabel Karmel and Chessington World of Adventures reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
• This Prize Draw is operated by Karmel & Co Limited, 18A Pindock Mews, London W9 2PY, (“Annabel Karmel”).
• One winner will receive a £200 ASDA gift card and an overnight stay for up to five guests (two adults, three children) in a Giraffe themed room at the Chessington Safari Hotel. Prize also includes breakfast, parking, and two days admission for five guests to Chessington World of Adventures Resort on consecutive days either side of overnight stay.
• Short breaks are subject to availability. Prize also includes a VIP giraffe feed experience for five guests during their stay to be pre-booked in advance. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
• Prize valid for stays Sunday – Friday until 30^th April 2024. Exclusion dates apply; 20^th – 27^th October, Fridays & Sundays during 24^th November – 22^nd December 2023, 9^th – 16^th February 2024, 29^th March – 12^th April 2024. The theme park including rides and attractions closes for the 2023 season on 5^th November and will reopen in 2024 on 21^st Any dates outside this time period are classed as Seasonal Events and only selected or no rides will be available. Please check event pages on the Chessington World of Adventures website for more details on ride offering during special events.
• For the purpose of a short break a child is classed as 15 years and below. Terms for VIP Giraffe feed apply. Due to the nature of VIP Experiences, some of the encounters may not be suitable for those with mobility problems and are not suitable for pregnant women.
• Prize does not include added extras including but not limited to in-room movies, Reserve & Ride and phone calls.
• Prize excludes travel to the Resort.
• Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative.
• Chessington World of Adventures Resort reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions.
• Standard park entry terms and conditions apply.

• Runners up Prize includes one of ten parent and toddler annual passes. Any parent or guardian can use this pass to enter the park to accompany a toddler aged four or under.
• A Parent & Toddler Annual Pass will only be valid when it is used and/or presented by the named holder, it displays a clear photograph which must be a true likeness of the named holder, and it is within the Validity Period (12 months from the date of issue). The Chessington Annual Pass is only valid at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. Each Adult & Toddler Annual Passholder will be issued with their own digital individual Annual Pass. Annual Passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party. Exclusion dates for Adult & Toddler Chessington Annual Passholders are as follows for 2023:

July: 14 – 31

August: 1 – 31

September: 1 – 4, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30

October: 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21 – 31

November: 4, 5, 25, 26

December: 2, 3, 9, 10, 15 – 31

• 2023 exclusion dates will be available at the end of the 2023 season.
• The Adult & Toddler Annual Pass will entitle the holder to 10% off retail and 20% off food and beverage plus exclusive discounts including overnight stays and tickets for special events. Adult & Toddler Annual Passholders are not entitled to free parking on any day. By using a Chessington Annual Pass, you agree to adhere to park regulations currently in force at Chessington.
