Ingredients
1 packets 320g ready rolled puff pasty
2 tbsp pasata
11/2 tbsp sundried tomato paste
Basil, chopped
8 Piccolo Cherry tomatoes, sliced
150g mozzarella, diced
2 tbsp pasata

Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 fan
- Unwrap the puff party. Cut out 6 round shapes measuring 9cm wide
- Place on a baking sheet. Prick the bases with a fork.
- Mix the passata and sundried tomato paste together in a bowl. Spread over the bases.
- Top with basil, tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven for 18- 20 minutes until well risen, crisp and lightly golden brown.
