Ingredients
100g sweet potato mash
60g cold mashed potatoes
250g salmon fillet, diced
60g onions, chopped
60g carrot, grated
2 tsp dried dill
20g tomato ketchup
15g sweet chilli sauce
30g Parmesan
25g Cheddar
80g panko breadcrumbs

Method
- Pre heat the oven to 200 Fan.
- Measure the ingredients into a processor. Whiz until blended, but be careful not to over mix.
- Shape into 30 round bites. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
