Super Salmon Puree

Ingredients
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 leek sliced
180g sweet potato, peeled and diced
50g tinned sweetcorn
200 ml vegetable stock
100g salmon fillet, skinned and diced
2 tbsp dill, chopped

Method
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the leek and fry for a few minutes . Add the sweet potato and stock. Cover with a lid and simmer for 12 minutes until just cooked.
- Add the salmon and sweetcorn and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the dill, stir and blend to the desired consistency for your baby.
