Simple Banana & Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
100g ripe banana, mashed
1 medium egg
60ml milk
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp mixed spice
Method
- Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk well until smooth.
- Heat a little oil in a large frying pan. Add heaped tablespoons of the mixture to the pan and fry for 2 to 3 mins each side until golden, flipping over halfway through.
